This includes the initial availability search ($400 for a word mark search covering up to two classes) plus the preparation of a U.S. trademark application in one (1) class ($325 per mark per class for preparation). 

*Does not include the USPTO application fee of $350 per mark per class. Preparation of additional classes filed for the same mark within the same application are $325 each. Does not include additional (later) fees for intent-to-use applications, such as filing extensions or a Statement of Use. Does not include the preparation of office action responses.
